We were excited to have a look and test drive the new Land Cruiser 200 series. After being told it was pretty much the same as the old model and not given a test drive, we were rushed into the office to sign a contract. After 2 hrs of wasting our time, we were pointed towards the "used car" department! Definitely NOT the "Diamond" customer service I would expect from Melville at Toyota.
We decided to go to City Toyota Nedlands instead. 10 minutes, friendly service, and we left with a new 200 series Land Cruiser. Well done City Toyota.
