  We were very lucky to be introduced to Katherine and I cannot say how happy we are that we decided to engage her as our settlement agent.
  
  We went to her for advise on a few properties we were considering, before finalising one. Being first home buyers and completely new to the process, we had many many questions that might have frustrated most others. Katherine was always genuinely happy to advise and guide us and her responses were always, prompt and detailed. In fact, she even pointed out a few important details we had missed from the pest and structural inspection we arranged.
  
  Katherine is very pro-active and genuinely caring and we cannot thank and recommend her enough for all her help. Needless to say, if we do decide to invest in property again, we will be going to her.

  Over the past 3 years we have used Combined Settlements (contact - Katherine) for the settlement of multiple properties; including vacant land and established houses.
