I went for some of my medical test from 14 June 2016
In Cannington Medical Centre they are connected with ( Westren Diagnostic )
They charged me $300 for the testes
They gave me manual Tax Invoice with fill with pen but I need to claim to my private health for refund Tax Invoice Print by Computer Tax Invoice
My husband call this number 9317 0799 Four to five time average for every week and same answer everytime we send your tax invoice at your address next week after one week waiting we need to call again next week same answer we send you tax invoice next week .
On the other hand, they send me another type of invoices I need to $150 more I don't know why may be some mistake in their system I don't know
And my husband call again 060715 Wednesday than one lady picked a call and she gave email address ( aprilmay.samoy@ ...) and she said send your manual Recipt copy or photo and we will send you your tax invoice then after two weeks waiting same thing I didn't got my tax invoice ...
I call today again and some pick a call and same reply we will send at your home ADRESS this is too much I don't know why they didn't send me my Tax Invoice I already paid $300 but I don't know how can I claim to my private health insurance.
Today 190716 they told me wait for another day we will send your Tax Invoice into your email id so I'm waiting again if any one can help me or any manager or any other Doctor read this comment or review please reply I'm waiting for your answer I'm not want to give you * Star review but I'm totally disappointed and I can't call everyday for my tax invoice
I will change Stat rating if I will get invoice
